Do I need to keep any of the packing materials?

Yes, you will need to return or exchange your crate by shipping it in its original packaging.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship standard ground FedEx for all crates minus our Great Dane crates (54" Collapsible). Please note, with some larger shipments your order may ship LTL Freight.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

For orders shipping FedEx, you do not need to be home for delivery. If you ordered a large amount of crates and it shipped LTL Freight you will need to schedule an appointment for delivery. This can be set up with the tracking information we email to

How long does shipping take?

Once the product has left our facility it may take up to 3-7 business days depending on your location from our warehouse (located in Toronto, Ontario) to receive it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all crate orders.

When will my crate ship out?

All orders will be shipped by the following business day. Once your crate is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx, at which point you'll receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey to your doorstep.

My crate shows delivered but has not arrived.

If your tracking number indicates that your crate has been delivered but you can't find it, please wait for 48 hours since it might have been mistakenly scanned. We also suggest checking with your spouse or a neighbor to see if they might have brough

Do I need to pay for return shipping back to Impact Dog Crates?

If you are returning your crate for a refund, you will need to pay for $150 return shipping. If you are exchanging your crate, we will cover return shipping costs and provide free shipping for your new crate within Canada.
